Room FAQs

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    RehobothLodging.com partner hotels offer check-in anytime after 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am. 
     
  • What happens if I arrive earlier to check in?
    In some cases, depending on the previous night's occupancy, an early check-in may be available. It is best to contact the hotel to inquire before assuming an early check-in will be possible. All RehobothLodging.com hotel partners will allow you to use their changing facilities so you can enjoy the pool or beach in the meantime. 
     
  • Are late check-outs available?
    Depending on the season and room-type availability, a late check-out may be available upon prior approval by the hotel's Front Desk. Please contact the Front Desk to inquire about a later check-out and whether or not any fees would apply. 
     
  • Are smoking rooms available?
    All RehobothLodging.com hotel partners offer completely smoke-free guest accommodations and facilities. However, each hotel has designated a smoking area outside the hotel where guests are permitted to smoke. Please inquire with the Front Desk to determine where the smoking area for your hotel is located. 
     
  • What methods of payment are acceptable at the hotels?
    All RehobothLodging.com hotel partners accept major Credit Cards, Cash and Traveler's Checks. No personal or international checks are accepted. 
     
  • I have a group coming to the area, are we eligible for a group rate?
    In many instances, depending on the season and availability of rooms, groups are eligible for a discount on their room rate. Typically, a group of rooms would consist of 10 or more. Please contact our partner hotels directly if you are interested in arranging for a group block.

Cancellation Policy FAQs

  • What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
    Depending on the season, the cancellation policy can vary from hotel to hotel. However, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, all RehobothLodging.com hotel partners offer cancellation policies no less than 7-days prior to arrival. When booking your reservation, please make note of your hotel's cancellation policy. Likewise, these policies are reiterated on any email confirmations you receive.

Parking

  • Where do I park my car?
    All RehobothLodging.com hotel partners feature complimentary off-street parking to all registered hotel guests.
     
  • How much do I have to pay to park at the hotel?
    All RehobothLodging.com hotel partners offer one free parking space to each registered guest room. For those families or groups bringing additional vehicles, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for alternatives for the extra vehicles. All registered guest vehicles must display valid parking passes where applicable to avoid removal from the hotel parking lot.

Pets

  • Am I permitted to bring my pet to the hotel?
    The Atlantis Inn in downtown Rehoboth Beach permits dogs, off-season only, for a fee of $20.00 per night per pet, max 2 dogs. Off-season at the Atlantis Inn constitutes stays prior to Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend. Pets are not permitted at the Holiday Inn Express properties.

  • Are meeting room facilities available at the hotel?
    All RehobothLodging.com partners feature meeting room space at the hotel. Please inquire with the hotel directly about the availability and price(s) of their meeting facilities. 
     
  • Where can I do laundry while staying at the hotel?
    All RehobothLodging.com hotel partners feature a 24-hour Guest Laundry at the hotel property for a fee.
